ILHプレスクールの楽しさを重視する姿勢が大好きです！私たちは、遊びを中心とした英語教育が、生涯を通じて英語学習に熱中してくれる生徒を生み出す最良の方法であると感じています。 プレスクールでは、屋内外でたくさん遊び、子どもたちの身体的、精神的な成長の基礎となる時間を過ごしています。 私も一緒に、室内ではおもちゃで遊び、屋外では砂場で遊び、子どもたちとの絆を深めています。
４．プレスクールの先生になったきっかけ
私が外国人保育従事者になったのは、子どもたちと接するのが好きだからです。 子どもたちが情熱と勇気に満ち溢れ、プレスクールへの第一歩を踏み出す姿に、大いに刺激を受けています。 子どもたちが先生や仲間に心を開き、壁が取り払われていくのを見るのが大好きです。 私は、小さい頃から妹や他の子どもたちの面倒を見るのが好きでした。 私が成長するにつれて、子どもたちと一緒に成長し、学びながら働くことになるのは間違いないと思いました。 子どもは私の情熱であり、インスピレーションの源でもあります。

3. What do you like about the preschool?
I love the emphasis on fun at the ILH Preschool! We feel that focusing on play is the best way to teach English and create lifelong and passionate learners. We include lots of playtime at the Preschool both inside and outside which is fundamental for their physical and mental growth. Playing with our toys inside and our sandbox outside is such great bonding time with the kids.
4. Why did you become a preschool teacher?
I became a daycare teacher because I love working with children. They are filled with passion and bravery as they take their first steps into the preschool which inspires me greatly. I love seeing their walls fall down as they open their hearts to the teachers and their fellow students. I really enjoy being a nurturer, even since I was small, taking care of my little sister and other young children. As I grew, there was no doubt in my mind I would end up working with children simultaneously growing and learning with them. I take care of children because they are my passion and inspiration.
