Two more honorable mentions in our E list are “Experienced” and “English-speaking.” Experience can either be the possessing a sense of teaching through work experience (3+ years) or relative study in the field of education, childcare, early childhood development, performing arts, etc. As for English-speaking, we at ILH do not require native speakers of English to be teachers. We are a globally-minded company, so we encourage English speakers from all countries to join us to promote exposure to many different cultures and backgrounds to schools in Japan!
